- Event Affairs ensures that all events we manage have the appropriate public liability coverage and OH&S regulations compliance.
- Venue selection and co-ordination of all venue requirements.
- Designing of all food and beverage requirements.
- Design, layout and printing of invitations, place cards, menus, etc.
- Designing the event's format (or implementation of yours).
- Preparation and management of all involved parties' critical paths.

Event Affairs have been creating themed decors for us for many years - ranging from intimate VIP cocktail parties, Crown corporate marketing festivals like Italfest and Greekfest, and more recently, the most extravagant and important event in the Crown calendar - our annual NYE themed party in the Palladium for 2003 - the results of which have received accolades from all our staff and most importantly our customers".
